Can anyone be a mentor? Essential prerequisites are experience in business added to attentive listening!

A mentor is a person who :

  • has business accumen;
  • is able to provide mentoring and give feedback;
  • has a sense of listening and communicating;
  • is available to assist less-experienced entrepreneurs.
